The Premier Cabin offers 1900 square feet of spacious living area. It has a maximum occupancy of ten. The cabin has three large private bedrooms one of which is the master suite located in the loft area. It has a queen bed plus its own bathroom. The other bedrooms are located on the main floor with one having a queen bed and the other two twins. There is a futon in the loft area that folds out and sleeps two and we provide an electric blow up bed that sleeps two. There is also a TV /game room upstairs (loft) with movies, games, and reading materials. Other than the two bedrooms, the main floor has a large great room with a beautiful stone fireplace, kitchen with island and dining area and one bath. Plenty of room for all! There is a large wrap around porch with six adult rockers and two child rockers not to mention the huge six man hot tub.

Amenities:
Hot tub, stone gas fireplace, outdoor fire pit with wood, gas grill, picnic table, lawn chairs, TV with satellite dish, DVD, VHS, phone, dishwasher, washer, dryer, stove, side by side refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, central heat and air, kitchen utensils, dishes, cook ware, towels and linens. We also provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, toilet paper, bath soap, tissue, blow dryer, first aid kit, games, movies and reading material.
Sorry, there are no pets allowed in the Premier Luxury Cabin.
We have a two day minimum rental for the Premier Cabin.
Rates for the Premier Luxury Cabin
Friday & Saturday - $250.00 per night
Sunday thru Thursday - $200.00 per night
Weekly rate (7 nights) - $1,300.00
Friday and Saturday must be booked together.
No single night rentals on weekends.
Reservations for 5 or less days require a $100 deposit. The balance due will be charged to your credit card when you arrive unless other arrangements have been made.
Reservations for 6 or more days requires 50% of rental amount.
Price does not include 6% State Tax and 5% County Lodging Tax.
Rates for the Premier Luxury Cabin

Friday & Saturday - $300.00 per night
Sunday thru Thursday - $250.00 per night
Weekly rate (7 nights) - $1,600.00
Friday and Saturday must be booked together.
No single night rentals on weekends.
The following dates must be rented together:
December 31st and January 1st
Christmas Eve and Christmas day
Thanksgiving eve and Thanksgiving day
Please read RENTAL POLICY before submitting your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to reservation date to avoid payment of full amount due.
Cancellations are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.
Check-In/ Check-Out Time
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out Time is 11:00 a.m.
Payment Options:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Checks accepted only if received 14 days prior to reservation date. You must have a valid credit card account to make a reservation.
Regulations
Ten people maximum. No smoking in the cabins please! It can ruin the natural smell of the pine logs
Must be 21 years or older to rent the log cabin.

Cabin on the Hill is available for rental all year long. Make reservations on line. We will call you to confirm and arrange payment.
