The Little Red Barn offers a comfortable and unique lodging experience. Located near our Hobby Farm you’ll be able to watch the farm activity from your screened in back porch. The Barn has 750 square feet of living space with a maximum occupancy of six. There are two bedrooms and one bath. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has a full bed. There is also a futon in the living area that sleeps two. A spacious kitchen and dining room area along with a huge screened in porch add to the comfort of the Little Red Barn. There is also a fenced in area attached so that your dog has a nice place to stretch its legs.

Amenities:
Hot tub, gas grill, patio furniture, TV with satellite dish, DVD, VHS, washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, heat and air, kitchen utensils, dishes, cookware, towels and linens. We also provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, bath soap, tissues, blow dryer, first aid kit, games, movies, and reading materials.
We do allow dogs in The Little Red Barn. Please read our pet policy if you plan on bringing your dog.*
Rates for the Little Red Barn
Friday & Saturday - $125.00 per night
Sunday thru Thursday - $105.00 per night
Weekly Rate (7 nights) - $675.00
*An additional $10.00 per day for pets, two dog maximum, no cats.
Friday and Saturday must be booked together.
No single night rentals on weekends.
Between March 1st and Dec. 1st of each year, one-night rentals will be charged a $20 surcharge unless it's the only night available. Fri. and Sat. must be rented together.
Reservations for 5 or less days require a $100 deposit. The balance due will be charged to your credit card when you arrive unless other arrangements have been made.
Reservations for 6 or more days requires 50% of rental amount.
Price does not include 6% State Tax and 5% County Lodging Tax.
The following dates must be rented together:
December 31st & January 1st
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Thanksgiving eve and Thanksgiving day

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to reservation date to avoid payment of full amount due.
Cancellations are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out Time is 11:00 a.m.
Payment Options:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Checks accepted only if received 14 days prior to reservation date. You must have a valid credit card account to make a reservation.
Regulations
Six people maximum. Dogs allowed, but must be house broken. For your dogs safety they must be leashed when outside and crated when left in the cabin alone. We can provide any size crate needed. No smoking in the cabins please! It can ruin the natural smell of the pine logs
Must be 21 years or older to rent the log cabin.

Cabin on the Hill is available for rental all year long. Make reservations on line. We will call you to confirm and arrange payment.
